Seth Smith, "Warm Regards" (MP3)

Finding local talent that I actually enjoy and can listen to
not just through association always makes me horny.

I usually hate most music coming from my city just because
of the blandness overload, but I seem to always come back to anything
Dog Day-related.

Smith's solo stuff sounds differently focused from Dog Day.
Reminds me of Thurston Moore's solo album, Trees Outside The Academy.

Oh, and his voice is mesmerizing like a bloodstain on a sidewalk.
So, there's that.

And go here to listen to his whole new album.
And buy it! I plan to.
